PARTY POTATOES 
8 to 10 med. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
Touch of paprika

Pare potatoes. Boil until tender and drain. Beat softened cheese and sour cream at medium speed until well blended. Add hot potatoes, gradually, beating constantly until fluffy.

Season with salt and pepper. Put in 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. 6 servings.
