8-10 med. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt (to taste)
1 tsp. minced dry onion

Peel, cook and mash potatoes. Beat all ingredients until light and fluffy. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
