1/3 c. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika to taste
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper

Stir butter into hot potatoes. Whip cream cheese with sour cream until it is smooth and fluffy. Stir this into mashed potatoes along with salt and pepper, spoon into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
