PARTY POTATO SLICES | |
3/4 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. chopped chives 3 med. baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices Parkay squeeze butter Velveeta slices pasteurized processed cheese spread, quartered 6 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled Preheat oven to broil. Mix together sour cream and chives. Lightly brush both sides of potatoes with butter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 5 minutes on each side. Top potatoes with cheese spread, bacon melt cheese. Serve warm with sour cream mixture. Makes 2 dozen. |
