BEEF PAPRIKASH 
1 - 1 1/2 lb. sirloin or top round cut Batonnette
1 c. onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. paprika
1/4 c. red wine
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 lb. egg noodles

Sear beef with garlic cloves (sliced), salt and pepper to taste. Leave meat rare. Remove from pan and set aside. To pan add onions and saute until translucent. Add paprika and red wine. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add sour cream to pan. Return beef to the pan. Serve mixture on bed of egg noodles. Sour dough bread and dinner salad finishing touches.

Mushrooms may be added to sauce if desired.
