BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. top sirloin beef
1/2 c. butter
2 small onions, minced
Salt
Pepper
3/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 - 3/4 c. hot beef bouillon
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sour cream

Cut meat into thin strips. Melt butter in fry pan. Saute onions. Add meat, salt and pepper to taste. Add mushrooms and continue to cook mixture just until meat is browned. Sprinkle mixture with flour. Add mustard, hot bouillon and parsley and bring to boil. Add sour cream, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve over hot buttered wide noodles or rice.
