SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
1 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. rum flavoring
1 egg
1/2 c. pecans

Beat all the ingredients together, except pecans. Add 1/2 cup pecans. Put in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
