5-6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. While this baking make topping.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients and spread evenly over baked casserole and return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
