SUPER MACARONI SALAD 
1 lg. tomato
1 lg. cucumber
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 c. cubed cheese
1/2 c. grated carrot
Mayonnaise to blend
1 reg. box elbow macaroni
Dash of paprika; optional
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water. While macaroni is cooking, cut vegetables to desired size. Rinse macaroni with cold water and drain. Mix with vegetable, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Keep cooled.
