SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 lb. ground beef or turkey

2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. cider vinegar 4 tbsp. water 4 tsp. prepared mustard Noodles or rice, cooked Green beans, cooked

Combine crumbs, onion, water, salt and thyme. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix in ground beef or turkey. Shape into balls. Brown in skillet. For sauce, combine brown sugar, flour, vinegar, water and mustard. Pour over meatballs. Cover. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles or rice and green beans. Prep time: 45-60 minutes.
