SWEET AND SOUR MEAT GOBBLERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. milk
1 egg

Mix together ground turkey, dry bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, milk and egg. Shape into balls. Cook balls over medium heat. 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 sm. green pepper, coarsely chopped 1/3 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks

Mix together in skillet brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in pineapple and juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly until thickened. Reduce heat. Add meat balls and simmer about 10 minutes in covered skillet. Stir in green peppers. Serve over rice. Yield: 4.
