SWEET & SOUR MEATLOAF 
1/2 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 lb. ground round
1 clove garlic
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Celery & carrots to taste

SAUCE:

1 chopped onion, sauteed
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Combine milk and bread crumbs, let sit; mixing together remaining ingredients. Combine ingredients for the sauce and let simmer while meat bakes 30 minutes at 350 degrees, then pour sauce over meatloaf and continue to bake 30 minutes more.
