SWEET AND SOUR MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 of a can (15 oz. tomato sauce)
2 tbsp. onion, chopped

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 can tomato sauce

Combine meat, crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 tomato sauce and onion. Mix well. Shape into loaf in a 12 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

In the meantime, mix remaining half of tomato sauce, sugars, vinegar and mustard bring to a boil and pour over meat. Bake another 15 minutes. Recipe does not call for eggs.
