POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag hash browns, thawed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
Crushed corn flakes or potato chips
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix well and put in 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with layer of crushed corn flakes or potato chips and pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
