REUBEN CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. potato chips, crushed
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
2/3 c. hot water
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. sliced corned beef
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese

Combine first four ingredients. Spread on bottom of oblong casserole dish. Layer on top in order given twice the second three ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Freezes well.
