VEAL PAPRIKA 
2 lbs. veal
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
Toasted slivered almonds
Poppy seeds or sunflower seeds
Wide egg noodles, cooked until tender

Brown veal in oil along with garlic cloves. Discard cloves. Add veal, paprika, salt, sugar and onion to crock pot. Cook at low 6 hours.

Saute mushrooms; add to crock pot. Add sour cream 1 hour before serving. Serve with wide egg noodles garnished with almonds and seeds.
