HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients by hand (no mixer) and put into well greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla. Add powdered sugar gradually. Frost cake and refrigerate.
