QUICK CARAMEL ICING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar (approximately)

Melt butter; add brown sugar, stirring constantly, over low heat for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to boil. Remove from heat; cool. Add powdered sugar until spreading consistency is reached.
