VANILLA ICE - CREAM WITH QUICK
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
 
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate flavored syrup
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. butter
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

In small saucepan, heat syrup, chocolate square, and butter until melted or smooth. Set aside. Place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream in each of 4 dessert dishes and top with chocolate sauce. Refrigerate remaining sauce.

Note: Sauce can be warmed up and served as hot fudge or refrigerated and served cold over ice cream, cake, or fruit. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
