PIZZA MAC 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) smoked sausage, sliced
1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms, sliced & drained
1 (2 oz.) hot peppers
1 green pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. grated mozzarella cheese

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Mix macaroni, milk, egg and salt in baking pan, spread evenly. Spoon spaghetti sauce over macaroni. Top with beans, sausage, mushrooms, hot pepper, green pepper, tomato, onions, season and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
