BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine oatmeal and orange juice in large bowl. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, soda and oil and egg. Mix well. Stir in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins or use paper baking cups. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. 12 to 18 muffins.
