BANANA BLUEBERRY BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 c. blueberries

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of two 8 x 4 x 3 inch pans. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir in oats. Add oil, eggs, bananas and blueberries, stirring just until mixed.

Turn batter into greased pans. Bake about 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire racks. Wrap and refrigerate several hours before slicing. 2 loaves.
