SEA LANE SCALLOPS | |
15 - 20 Ritz crackers, rolled & crushed 1 3/4 - 2 lbs. sea scallops Seasoning salt, several good shakes Parsley (dried or fresh) for color & taste 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 stick butter, melted Cut scallops in half if large. Wash in cold water. Set aside. Mix all ingredients in medium casserole dish and add scallops. Mix until scallops are well coated. Sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes in 350 degree oven until heated through. |
