3 1/2 c. vinegar
3 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. salt

Bring to boil. Pour over jar stuffed with small green tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 1 head of dill, a bay leaf, and a few cloves. Process 15 minutes.
