THREE BEAN SALAD 
6 SERVINGS:

DRESSING:

1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried savory
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

SALAD:

16 oz. green beans, drained
16 oz. wax beans, drained
16 oz. chic peas, rinsed
1/2 c. raw red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. red onion, sliced

24 SERVINGS:

DRESSING:

1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. dried savory
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

SALAD:

4 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
4 (16 oz.) cans beans, drained
4 (16 oz.) cans chic peas, rinsed
2 c. red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
2 c. red onion, sliced

1. Whisk dressing ingredients in large bowls until blended.

2. Stir in vegetables to mix and coat, cover and refrigerate until chilled.

3. Per serving (1 cup) 157 calories.
