VEGETABLE BEAN SALAD 
STEP #1:
1 lb. can cut green beans
1 lb. can wax beans
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 lb. can black eyed beans
1 lb. can English peas
1 lb. can whole kernel white corn
2 (4 oz.) jars sliced mushrooms
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped

DRESSING (STEP #2) :
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt to taste

Drain and combine vegetables in a large bowl. Prepare dressing and pour over beans. Chill. Then, stir several times. Great for a picnic.
