SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach - cooked & drained well
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
6 eggs
3/4 c. butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Melt butter and mix with other ingredients.

Form into small balls onto cookie sheet and freeze, then they may be stored frozen in bags - and kept in freezer. When ready to serve, bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Best if served warm.
