QUICK AND EASY QUICHE | |
Pkg. crescent rolls 1 c. evaporated milk 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 8 oz. Cheddar cheese 1 to 2 eggs Take a package of crescent rolls and upon opening line the bottom and sides of a glass pie plate. It can be done but takes some practice and makes excellent quiche crust. Defrost a package of chopped frozen broccoli. Place evenly on crescent roll cut in pie plate. Sprinkle 8 ounces of Cheddar cheese evenly over the broccoli. In a bowl, beat eggs, Worcestershire sauce and evaporated milk together. Add seasoning (salt and paper) to taste if interested. Pour mix over broccoli-cheese filling. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown and a knife can come cleanly out of the quiche filling. |
