HAMBURGER QUICHE | |
1/2 lb. ground beef 1 c. onion, thinly sliced 1 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell Saute beef and onion in butter until onion is soft. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. In separate bowl, blend milk, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce together. Add 1 cup cheese. Combine with beef mixture. Pour into shell. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top. Bake in hot 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Let stand 8 to 10 minutes before cutting into wedges. Enjoy! |
