EASY HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Hellmanns mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 1/2 c. chopped Swiss and/or cheddar cheese
1/3 c. green onion
1/2 sm. can mushrooms (optional)
Dash pepper

Brown meat and drain well; set aside. Blend Hellmanns, milk, eggs, and corn starch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion, and pepper.

Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
