SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. melted butter (do not use butter)
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. water
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Put 3 eggs into bowl and beat well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
