WEIGHT WATCHERS PIZZA CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked Italian spaghetti (6 or 7 oz. raw)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 jars Weight Watchers spaghetti sauce
1 lb. raw ground beef, or turkey broken up
Salt and pepper
Layers of green peppers, mushrooms, onions, ripe olives (whatever)
Top with 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese, then 4 oz. sliced pepperoni

Combine first 3 ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 2 jars Weight Watchers spaghetti sauce. Break up raw meat over the top, salt and pepper. Layer green pepper, mushrooms, onions, ripe olives (whatever you want). Top with 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese then 4 oz. sliced pepperoni.

Bake 1 or 1 1/2 hours in 350 degrees oven. Cut and serve in large pieces. Makes 8 large servings cut in squares. Freeze "leftovers" in microwave trays for later use.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
