PIZZA CASSEROLE
1 lb. pasta (any type)
1 1/2 lb. Italian Ground Sausage
1 large onion, medium size chopped (cooked with sausage)
1 large green pepper, diced
2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
2 (8 ounce) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
1 8oz bag cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (more or less, to taste)
1 teaspoon dried oregano (more or less, to taste)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook pasta in boiling water until semi tender. Cook sausage, garlic powder and oregano with onions and peppers and seasonings until the juices run clear. Drain.

Lightly grease a 9x13x3 inch pan. Mix pasta, Italian sausage, onion and green pepper and remaining sauce together in a bowl. Pour half into the pan and layer cheeses, then pour other half of mixture on top and add the other half of cheeses on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

*When I make this at home I sometimes put pepperoni and hamburger with the Italian sausage and make it a 3 meat Pizza Casserole. If you choose to do this, just do ½ pound of each.
