CHILI CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. Lowry's chili seasoning mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) bag corn chips
1 (16 oz.) can red beans
2 sm. cans sliced ripe olives
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat; add onion, seasoning mix, tomato paste, and water. Spoon 1/2 the chili-meat mixture over 1/2 can of beans. Layer with 1 can of olives and 1 cup of cheese. Repeat. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
