CREAMETTES & CHIPPED BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
2 (5 oz.) pkgs. chip beef, cut up
1/2 onion, chopped, approx. 1/4 c.
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced thin
1/4 (4 oz.) lb. diced sharp cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sm. green pepper, chopped
1 c. Creamettes
2 boiled eggs

Mix ingredients in bowl. Pour into greased 9"x13"x2" pan. Let stand. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cover with foil the first hour.
