CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 whole chicken, cooked and off the bones
Cooked Minute rice (8 servings)
2 c. broth from cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Cheez Whiz or Velveeta cheese

Mix chicken and rice together. Add enough broth to make the mixture juicy and moist. Add mushroom and celery soup. Put in oblong baking dish. Drop Cheez Whiz or Velveeta in little bits over the top. Bake in oven or microwave until cheese melts. Serves 10-12.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
