CHICKEN BROCCOLI RICE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup (no water)
4 breasts of chicken, boiled
2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt Velveeta cheese with cream of mushroom soup. Set aside. Saute onion in butter. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until light brown. Sprinkle cheddar cheese (as much as you like) over top. Place back in the oven until cheese has melted.
