CHILI CORN MUFFINS 
1 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/3 c. corn oil
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can chopped green chilies, drained

Grease 12 muffin cups. In bowl mix first 4 ingredients. In small bowl mix next 3 ingredients. Stir in corn and chilies. Add to corn mixture. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12.
