CHICKEN ASHLEY 
1/2 lb. chicken breasts (off bone)
1 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. white wine
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 fresh tomato
2 tbsp. basil (fresh or dry)
Salt
Pepper
2 pts. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta

Cut chicken into strips. Dip in flour mixed with salt and pepper to taste. Saute in butter until golden brown. Put in oven to keep heated.

In separate pan saute sliced mushrooms, diced green and red peppers with butter and wine until tender. Add diced tomatoes, saute a few minutes. Add heavy cream, pepper and basil. Simmer on low. Add grated cheese (let simmer 5 minutes).

In separate pot cook 1/2 pound angel hair pasta. Serve chicken over pasta with cream sauce.
