MASHED SWEET POTATOES 
6 sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecan nut meats, cut fine
1/2 tsp. salt
Hot milk
18 marshmallows

Boil potatoes; peel and force through a potato ricer. Add butter, salt, nut meats, and enough hot milk, to make them the consistency of mashed potatoes.

Heap into a buttered baking dish and cover the top with marshmallows. Bake at 375 degrees until the marshmallows are melted and evenly browned about 10-15 minutes.
