4 to 5 cooked sweet potatoes
1 tsp. BLAIR ground nutmeg
1 tbsp. BLAIR cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk

Mash potatoes. Add other ingredients. Stir until well blended. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Add marshmallows, if desired, about 10 minutes before removing from oven.
