JENNY'S MASHED POTATO SALAD 
potatoes
onions
eggs
carrot
green
pepper
sweet pickle
relish
yellow mustard
horseradish
Miracle Whip or mayo
salt and pepper

Peel and boil potatoes then mash (put no butter or milk in them) shred carrot or carrots. Boil 2-3 eggs until hard boiled (about 13 minutes). Chop 1 medium onion (or more) and 1/4 cup of green pepper (or more). Add a large tablespoon of each of sweet pickle, relish, yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon horseradish, salt and pepper to taste.

I like Miracle Whip but you can use mayonnaise enough to moisten. Stir well then chill.

My husband really liked your recipe! He said it was "very good". Myself, I have a sinus disorder and could not taste it 😞️

The recipe does not say how much miracle whip so I added roughly about 3/4 of a cup. I might need to add more because the potato mixture was very thick.
