2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and press in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over cooled crust. 2 1/2 c. milk

Mix together; spread over above mixture. You can top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut if desired.
