CHOCOLATE LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

1ST LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 (13 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

2ND LAYER:

3 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Beat until thick.

3RD LAYER:

Rest of the 13 ounce container Cool Whip.
