4 LAYER CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Beat and spread over crust.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

4TH LAYER:

Spread remainder of Cool Whip and chill 12 hours.
