CURRY CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk

Mix all together; chill overnight. Serves 6 to 8.
