CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
6 breast halves, boiled & cooled 45 - 60 minutes
1 c. honey
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. curry
1 c. currants, soaked
10 dried apricots, diced
1 bag slivered almonds
20 red grapes, halved

Dice chicken into chunks. Mix all ingredients except chicken and grapes. Then add later. Chill overnight for best taste. Serves 6 to 8.
