MOCK CHICKEN SPREAD 
1 c. beans (pinto, soy, etc.), soaked overnight
2 tsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. imitation chicken seasoning
1 tsp. basil

Whiz soaked beans and water in blender. Blend until fine (beans may be cooked first also). Add rest of ingredients. Pour in flat 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 2 hours until dry. When cool, crumble with a fork. Add mayonnaise, celery, onion and olives. Serve as a sandwich spread.
