TASTY CHICKEN SPREAD 
2 c. minced cooked chicken breast
1/4 c. minced dill pickle
3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/2 c. minced celery
1/2 c. minced apple
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
3/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Use as a sandwich filling or to stuff celery sticks. Yield: 3 1/2 cups (about 22 calories per tablespoon).
