BILLIE HALE'S GRITS 
1 c. grits (cook in 4 c. water)
1 c. butter
1 pkg. garlic cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk

Cook grits in water as directed on package. Cut butter and garlic cheese into grits and stir until melted. Beat eggs and milk together and add to cooled grits. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into buttered pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
